The true miracle cure for weight loss

Know what it is? Exercise!! :action8: We may not want to hear it, but it's true. I've been a yo-yo dieter for years. When I was cutting calories I would do some minor exercise like walking, dancing, swimming, but that's about it. I lost weight and it was okay... Now that I've changed to a healthy lifestyle that includes going to the gym almost every day, cardio and weights, the results have been amazing. The thing is, my body is changing in a way that diet alone can't accomplish, and I look thinner than I really am. I'm fitting into a smaller size jeans at a weight where in the past I'd be at least a size larger. Now I understand why for instance women are wearing a size 8 when they're 150 lbs. while I would have been wearing at least a 14 at that weight. I'm always getting compliments from people now, and that is great at keeping me motivated to stick with it. It's also so great to be able to be an example and inspiration to others.
