The start.

Hi Im kaitlin im 17 and 62kg and about 168cm tall. i have a big wobbly middle, un toned arms and large thighs. I used to have a small lanky body a few years ago but in those years have been ingnorance to basic nutrition and exercise. which meant a gradule result in weight gain, and only recently looking bact on the 'slimmer' photos have i relisaed just how much weigh i have gain. so in may i decided to get healthy i had no idea about kilojoules etc and just cut out tradtional 'junk food' and ate a heap of fruit and veges. i did this for about 2months before i crashed and ate junk for a while and i came back more wiser, kilojoule counting. i realised that u cant lose weight eating a ton of vegetables and fruits becasue the kilojoulse still count up, and i was eating alot of foods that i thought werent bad for me but were, like mayonasise and crackers and juice. so i cut it down and got back on track. this cycle keeps repeating and i always crash and binge. i have a very bad relationship with food. i over eat, eat when bored and cannot balence. if i have a healthly day and eat one cookie, for soome reason i think the day is ruined and i might as well eat wateva, or if im having a 'day off' i try to gorge in as much junk as possible as its my only chance, i end up feeling sick and gross. i hate how my eating is in the extremes, highly healthy or highly unhealthy. the highly healthly days rarly last more then 2days and i lose modivation and giving into cravings. io wish i didnt see food as such a treat. lol so but joining this i hope to have turned a chapter and with support from the forums and hopfully others comments and encouragement i hope to kick my unhealthy food addiction and lose some kilos. =DD

the first thing you should do is go and read all the sticky posts scattered around the forum then ask any specific questions you may have :)
 
Thanks for the welcome =). I would love to know what you and anybody else thinks of my diet and fitness plan. please critic. =)

Monday-
3km jog
breakki-poached egg on brown bread no butter, banana. (1100kj)
snack-orange (350kj)
lunch-steamed veges (800Kj)
Snack-Low fat, no sugar yoghurt (350kj)
Biggest loser fitness DVD 1Hr (involved cardio, weights, sit ups, push ups etc)
Dinner-spring water tuna salad (900kj)
TOTAL KJ's approx 3500kjs.

the rest of the week is similar with breakke either a poached egg or mushroom omlette and i piece of fruit, morning snack is a piece of fruit. luch can be steamed veges or a salad wrap or tuna salad, the afternoon snack is always a yoghurt and dinner is tuna salad or steamed veges or a weight watchers meal. i jog 2-4km in the morning and have a session in the afternoon of a fittnes dvd which involves weights and stength traineing as well as cardio, or aaother run 3-5km.

what are your opinions. i tryed it for a day and a half but lost modivation becuase i felt tired and hungry and am unsure if this plan will do anything. I personally feel i will need to eat more to be able to get throught the amount of exercise in the plan, wat do you reacon? eat more so i can exercise or eat to the plan and do less exercise? OPINIONS PLEASEEEEEEEE =)
