I am overweight.
Just saying that is already a huge thing to me.
I live in South Africa I am married have two kids and do computer programming - which means that I am sitting down most of the day.
I am going to eat 1200cals a day - which strangely enough is MORE than which I eat now and I am going to excersise 6days a week.
I would really like to make some friends on here to support me!
