the right diet

Hello im just asking to make sure if this diet sounds right for fat loss, and proper resistance training. Please if you have any tips or info let me know thank you.
8am : 1 oatmeal maple and brown sugar, apple sauce, and glass of OJ
11am: 1 low fat yogart, and 1 low fat cottage cheese
2pm : 1 small can of tuna with no mayo, and a stick of string cheese
5pm : 1 lean turky sandwich with mustard on light wheat,8 baby carrots.
7-8pm : normally a skinless boneless chicken breast serving, 2 handfuls of salad with a mustard dressing, and mixed vegetables, or some more apple sauce.
normally the calorie intake is as follows
8am 330-400 calories
11am 150-250 calories
2pm 170-200 calories
5pm 150-200 calories
7pm 300-500 calories

i dont feel very hungry through the day or anything, I mean some times i do but not every often. Im 290 lbs and 5"11. Does this seem to be working out for me?
 
you're eating 5 meals a day spaced out 3 hours apart and have some good selections in there.

great job :)

only nitpicking i can see is to have a good protein source in the 8am meal and to have an orange instead of the juice.

also try to add in some good fats like nuts or olive oil
