The results of 1 year of training - 5 months of serious (woman)

So I went from skinny (2011) I was weighting 108 pounds for 5'7'':



To, fit? Now weighting 128 pounds for 5'7''



Going to the gym 4 times/week since two months. The three other months I was doing a "house" programm.
Hope you like it. I'm quite glad.
