There has been a debate among many experts in the field of fitness regarding this one burning question that are in the minds of hundreds of thousand of people around the world.Many people are willing to pay top dollar in order to find an immediate solution to this question.Yes,many are arguing the fastest method on how to lose weight and it seems that there are many answers out there and ironically,it makes people even more confused!
 
There is no fast way to "quick" weight loss. No "magic pill." However, if you are motivated, you can have success and much "quicker" than most "experts" would have you think.
 
- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.
- Drink PLENTY of water

It's pretty simple, just stay motivated and the fat will come off.
