I've been reading a book called "The Power of 10" and tried the "slow-motion" weight lifting routine for the first time this morning. I'm starting with the twice a week option right now, but according the book I can eventually move to once a week and see results.
Does anyone else follow "The Power of 10" method and if so, have you had any success?
