I am not sure if anyone else does this.
I have loads of books where I plan my weightloss I write out what I am going to eat, when I am going to excersise and how much I plan on losing. Then I stick to it for oh lets say 5days and then I just leave it - till next time when I re-plan everything.
I have "plans" like these dating back a good 8years. I am so tired of planning!!! Any ideas on how to break this cycle?
It is as though once I planned my weightloss I feel so much better that I lose motivation as though the urgency to lose the weight has left me.
