the pebble complex an idea idk

the pebble complex, this is somthing ive known for a long time and so have many of you but im just writing it down see where this goes,,

What this means is that people will get caught up on a small subject or somthing that has such small effect on your overall goals that it's not worth the time.
instead of worring about little things keep your attention on the big picture.

examples: goal loose weight:
#1 this persons diet is bad and runs about 10min 2 times a week maby. they keep asking if "what would burn more calories" running on a hot day or a cold day??

#2 this person worksout as part of his weight loss, he dosn't very light weight and never really breaks a sweat working out, but he wants to know "should i work out more days and have less rest inbetween or is sticking to a 3 or 4 way split the way to go??"

#3 next is the I eat anything i feel through out the day and don't pay much attention, trying to loose weight, rarly exercise but I want to know if it's ok to have a yogurt once or twice a day??
etc etc etc... alot of this type questions are asking the wrong things, and get stuck on the wrong issue. which sometimes don't make any sence to begin with, sometime they are just curious stuff but most of the time people are serious that the small pebble is all there thinking of and you forget the mountain of problems that will make a difference.
~sorta rambling but maby this makes sence to someone.

this can apply to anything if you want to buy a house worry about the $500,000 not learning to garden
for relationships worry about being a good fun person, and that your with a good fun person not where when why he/she doing or they didn't know you liked yellow or blue
for weight loss worry about low calories, cardio, diet: : not hot day cold day, hoolahooping for 10min, taking 3 asplrin a day, sleeping on your side or on your back, one lump or two... really it's fine
