hi, my name is sam, i´m female and 23.
at the beginning of the year i knew, that my eating habits are absolutly wrong so i hoped to find ja effective method for implement in my daily routine. some weeks later i decided to start with a slowly dietary change with weight watchers.
in may i weighed 90,2 kg (by 178 cm heigh) and today its 14 kg less and only 76 kg.
i eat 1900-2200 calories per day and drink 2 litre water or tee sugerfree.
hungry? no chance.
food resignation? also no.
4 or 5 servings...
and sometimes chocolat or a delicious burger are ok.
but not every day like in the past.
the most important rule is to eat enough.
hunger ist not the right way to loose weight healthy and long-dated.
you have to change your eating habits!
why im here?
i want to loose further 6 kg and learn more about food.
next step: more sports for a beautiful body!
