The new guy

Well, I joined this forumn for a lot of advice, really. I lost about 80 pounds a year ago and have been trying to lift without much result ever since. The problem I have is that I do eveything on my own. I'm definetely no expert on fitness, but I seem to think I know what I need to get in shape. Anyways, maybe a few good minds in this forum can help me out in that area.

I have a few questions to start with, but I will post those in a different topic. I just wanted to introduce myself before firing off questions other places.
