The New Girl

Hello, so I'm the new girl huh? Alright - so here it goes. I live in Quebec, Canada I'm 26 years old, I have 3 beautiful boys ranging from 7 years old to 4 months old. I recently quit smoking (it has been about 6 weeks give or take) which has led me to eat really bad.

My problem: I'm 5'6'' and I weigh just over 160 lbs. Most of it is baby weight that I have yet to have lost since giving birth in June. I was sooo looking forward to being able to work out after giving birth and getting back into a size 6 (my normal size) ... then I quit smokng. Now, I don't eat ALL the time... but when I do eat, its never healthy. I have no motivation to excerise at all but its killing me to see how big I am. I'm looking to lose about 30 lbs and I need to tone my belly / abs to get rid of the muffin top. I'm currently in a size 11 and I'm very unhappy with that.

I know nothing about counting carbs, and I know no exercise routines, I have no motivation what-so-ever and these are the things I need to change.
