yeah, most of these diets suck. I have been on a low-carb, but it's not high protein.. the diet they are referencing in the article sounds like atkins, where you eat any amount of protien you want (eggs, bacon, steak, etc.)...
"low-carb" that employees healthy carbs don't typically produce the ketones they are talking about.
truthfully, I didn't read any of the diets in the article that were "cleanse" etc. because that is just rediculous
