Hello all,
I'm new to working out and want to start working on a good fitness regime to lose weight and tone up, but I have no idea what exercises to do or for how long or anything.
I'm 20 years old, male, 5' 8" and ~230lbs. I would say that I'm overweight but in good shape for it. I try to make it to the gym 2 days a week; tuesdays and thursdays. On tuesdays I do my cardio and lower body and thursdays I do arms and back.
Almost all of my fat is in my upper body (belly, love handles and unfortunate man-boobs) and I want it gone! I hate running.
What I'm looking for are some tips or workout schedules I should follow, maybe links to regimes or just give me one or something. I can go to the gym every day if that is suggested, I'm at University in New Hampshire and the gym is literally in eyeshot of my apartment.
