Hi everyone,
I've been trying to lose "the last ten or fifteen" pounds for a long time now with little success. I'm female, 5'0 and ideally should be between 100 and 110 lb. I fit within my weight range at 105, but have about 10 lb of fat that I need to lose in order to be toned. I try to work out as much as possible but find this difficult sometimes because of work and school schedules. At this point i'm doing cardio 3 or 4x a week for 30-40 mins per session. I used to weight train but don't have enough time lately to do it consistently. My eating habits are horrible...I overeat and eat more sugar and carbs than I should.
So I'm here to motivate myself by meeting other people committed to staying fit, and hopefully to learn a thing or two and contribute to the forum.
