Hi. 
I have been putting off starting a journal for a couple of weeks. I have been lurking forever. I wanted a snazzy catchy journal name. That didn't happen. I'm not feeling very creative right now.
I am inspired though. I began my latest lifestyle improvement on October 12. It's a work in progress. I know what works for me. Counting calories and fat grams. I have been going to fitday daily and keeping track of my progress. I am very happy with my numbers so far. I have had a few bad days but I am trying to keep those to a minimum. I also added some exercise into the mix. For right now it's walking and working on my batwings.
I want to get a mat so I can do some floor exercises. I will see from there. I have one of those weight station things.....it has weights and you can do legs as well. I need to really get going on that. I digress. One thing at a time. If it's too complicated all at once I will most likely not do it.
