Hello 
Having turned 40 recently I am now filled with an overwhelming deisre to take control of my health.
I have been overweight since - well forever - but have finally come to realise that I am smack bang in the middle of my so called sexual peak but with a body like mine I am far happier smothering it in layers of clothing rather than some gorgeous hunky spunky that can't keep his hands off me!
A cupboard filled with lovely clothes and a brand new excuse every day to feed, not only my face, but also the self loathing that seems to sustain me.
Those days are over .... today I start anew!
I thank you for this forum ...and in advance for the support and friendship that I will hope to return in equal amounts.
