the HATE thread.

I'm still not luv'n my lower ab flab at all. I know it was collateral damage for a big weight loss but what a weird price to pay. So fucking odd to look at.

Randy - I totally understand where you are coming from...that is part of my problem as well...it affects clothing fit, etc. I hate that I have to still deal with that.

I probably hate my midsection most. It's coming along but it is very slow. I just wish I could wake up one day and it would be gone. I used to hate my thighs a lot too. Not as much anymore. They have slimmed down a lot and I am starting to see some serious muscle poke thru. My moobs have mostly disappeared but I still need to build up my pec muscles some so they don't look too deflated. My ass is still kind of saggy but i don't worry about it as much. Most of my problem is my whole core area, hence the relentless core routines and running I am doing to try and fix it...

I gained my weight evenly, so it's pretty much a tie between all my trouble spots: thighs, midsection, arms. Usually my thighs bother me most, however, my midsection has been a thorn in my side. Unlike some girls that get the round looking belly, I just get rolls. As I'm losing it's becoming softer and more lumpy, so if anything it bothers me more now than it did 30lbs ago. :(

My body is weird. I mean, from the front it looks like I have a big ol' spare tire around my waist. From the back though? You can't really see it. All my weight is on the sides and the front. My legs aren't bad, my arms are good except for a little wiggle up near the shoulders, and for some reason my butt stays flat no matter how much weight I gain. I think it's family genetics, even the male member of my family who's over 350 has the same deal. The women of my family hate it.
