I'm mousepad,
I don't really know what to say... I'm obviously here for weightloss and launching myself into a healthier lifestyle.
I hope to lose weight by switching to a (nearly) all whole food, vegan diet.
I'm already vegan, but that doesn't stop me from fixing up a batch of deliciously, tempting, sugar laced cookies (and eating them in a matter of days
).
Oh and I want to get into exercising on a regular basis again!
I don't have too much to lose, just about 15-20lbs, but because of emotional overeating, it sometimes turns into a real struggle. So I guess that's something I want to work on as well. Finding different ways of coping with stress and 'negative' emotions.
