Similar than in the Fit for LIfe, 70% of the foods you are allowed to eat are fruit and veggies. The rest comes from other carbohydrates, such as rice and pasta. Protein and Fat is minimal in this diet. Weight Loss comes from the correct combination of the foods you eat and also through eliminating a lot of foods, especially high calorie foods.
 
kind of a reverse Atkins?
 
it does sound like it. Makes you wonder how two so different diets are supposed to produce the same results and be healthy...
