The Five Pound Wall

Hi everyone,
I'm Isabella. I'm 21, 5'4" and 122lbs as of now. I'm looking to lose only about five pounds, but really more than anything tone up and feel attractive. About a month and a half ago I started at 128lbs and was feeling pretty out of shape. Since then, I've been able to run greater distances without tiring so much, and am much more flexible and firm. You wouldn't believe HOW HARD those last five pounds are, though, for a person my size, it seems nearly impossible. I'm just here for some motivation to stick to my exercise, even when things get busy, and maybe pick up on a few ideas.

Keep in there, weight comes off eventually. If you don't do so already, weights and calisthenics will do a good job in helping you create a firmer body.

Thanks! I know it's a slow process to healthily lose weight but it's certainly worth doing it correctly. Sometimes I just need a little pick-me-up.
