The Fit for Life Plan

In this plan 70% of the diet is based on fruit and veggies. The other food groups take the back-burner. You receive specific guidelines on the types of foods that you are allowed to eat. You can eat as much as you like of the foods that are allowed, but a lot of the foods - especially the ones higher in calories are entirely eliminated from the meal plan.

Sound like a good diet

I would love to try this diet, but I need more info

Some Info

Hi there,

Just found this on the internet thought you may find helpful.

Have a great day everyone,

I just followed that link that was previously posted. They don't like food combining in the least, but what they say sounds reasonable. Reading all this I never know what to believe, but I think having a lot of fruit and veggies in your diet can never be wrong and I don't know enough about physiology and nutrition to decide who's right and who's wrong.

well I guess it can get your system moving. If it ends up in stomach pains - I don't know. Can't really imagine it if you don't go overboard, unless you stayed totally away from fruit and veggies in the past.
