The Firm, Is this a good investment? Has anyone used this before? If so how was it for you, Im looking into buying it, but need some opinions first before I spend my money.
 
The Firm and Tae Bo are the two best that i've seen, both worth trying.
 
The Firm rocks if you are willing to work and stick with it. My wife does it and she loves it.
