Right to cut to the chase, been bulking for quite a while and happy with how things are all over, except the core (obviously had to sacrifice this for the sake of the bulk).
Now there is not too much fat on there but I still want to get rid of it while still maintaining the weights program at the same time. I don't want to lose weight, just lose the remaining fat on the body that is centered on the core.
If I did a brisk walk three times a week for an hour, in between the weights days, will this trim the core? Would this be enough without affecting muscle retention? Or should HIIT be the go? Diet is not a problem as everything is good in that department.
