The fight with myself !

Hi from today it starts a big fight a fight with myself . From everlasting i was a girl with extra kg and now i wanna change that , i wanna change my life and because all my diets plans before was a failure i have decided that i need some motivation from people who are passing through the same ploblems like i do .
I have 15 years old and my favorite sport is the laziness just kidding :))
Like to draw , to write prose expecially , listen music ,i like to sing and a lot of things more.
But i guess that you will find more about me in time:)
Yesterday
Menu:breakfast one yogurt(2,1% fat) and some cereals
lunch:a soup and mashed potatoes
dinner:eek:ne yogurt and one apple.
100 crunches,40 minutes of walking,about 10 minutes of running(i just can't run :(( )
Today
Menu breakfast:cereals and yogurt
lunch :beans with a pickled cucumber and a small piece off pork
dinner:eek:ne apple and yogurt
Tonight i will try to run more to increase the number of crunches , to do physical exercises with legs , maybe with my arms.
 
Hello there welcome to the forum. I was looking at your entry and I noticed that you don't have protein in yesterday's menu, it's just a suggestion but protein is very important for a healthy lifestyle. What is your plan?? Are you counting calories? Good Luck with your journey!!!
 
Well i am trying to count my calories .
My plan i want to lose 15 kg in six months .
Which is the food who contains proteins ...?And thanks for the welcome .
 
Don't worry about the spelling english is also not my first language. You can find protein in meats, nuts, legumes (chick peas, lentils), Tofu and I am sure that if you reasearch you will find more stuff that contains it.
