The Fat Belly Dancer ~ KATTWOMAN

The title says it all. Currently I am the Fat Belly Dancer. I've been dancing off and on for almost 2 years and after taking a few months off to deal with my lifeand it's issues, I've returned but I weigh more than ever. I plan to use this as my food diary, thought and workout log. One way of the other I will make my goals!! I'll update with mini goals later.

Overall I am happy with my performance today. I ate way more calories than I thought I would have BUT with the calorie burns that I achieved today I need to eat a little more. I'm in a happy mood and I can't wait for tomorrow! Yippee!! :drooling:

Today I am very pleased with my performance. I was a busy body all day. I feel like I am making a good honest effort and sticking to my workout goals. I plan to run more to get that some of this giggly fat off of me. :bigear:

To be honest, the heart rate monitor is what drives my calorie burn goals. Once I was able to see how much effort I was putting into my workouts and I started to push myself more.

I like working out just so that I can see those awesome numbers! :hurray:

Today went well. I usually struggle on Saturday's but not this time. I ate and counted and cleaned. Although I didn't "work out" I was out and about cleaning and doing yard work. I'm feeling encourage like I can win this weight battle. 120 here I come...eventually! :blush5:
 
Way to go on the diet and exercise. You seem to have everything in hand, and i can see that its having good results with the weight loss! excellent job! :D

I would love to try belly dancing but just had stomach surgery, maybe in a couple weeks? Any ideas on best place to start?

After your Dr. clears you for exercise then a beginner's belly dance class would be great! They are a little hard to find but with a little networking I'm sure you can find a great group to join. When you are ready to find one, let me know! I'll see if I can help.
