The Elusive Half-Way Mark.....

Well, after one exceptional weight on the scale this week at 226, I have rocketed back up to around 230. 226 is significant because that is the halfway mark towards my ultimate weight loss goal. Anyone have any tips or comments about their own personal experience with the half-way mark? I really feel like I am losing momentum here.

I'm sure you will win. After losing nearly a lb a day for the past couple weeks, I was bound to gain some back in a short term 'correction' lol

I know what you mean about feeling like you're losing momentum. I'm somewhere around half-way through as well and my eating is getting worse. I'm doing great lately with running over a mile a day (excluding weekends) but food and lack of water is killing me. I don't know what it is but I just can't stop the urges to eat food. Sometimes fruit loops, sometimes apples. Lots of apples.. I don't know. But I'm going to try really hard tomorrow! As today is over anyways. :p
