Good luck stacy. I am too slack to be that regular but i wish you all the best in your diet and will post on it when i see the head line in dark text. Persoanlly i wish they would stay 'fresh' for longer. I like to know if i haven't seen the latest post. But that's not the way this forum works.

I am too slack even to paste my link. I find that sort of thing time consuming. Even sending my messages seems to take longer on this site than other sites i use.
