The "Body like an Angel" Miranda Kerr inspired Workout

Who wouldn’t want a body like standout Victoria Secret Model Miranda Kerr? Many of my female clients come in looking to get the toned and sexy look that Miranda has. Miranda, the 24 year old model, has obviously been blessed with great great genetics, but rumor has it she also works pretty hard in the gym! When you are at top level supermodel on multimillion dollar campaigns, the pressure to stay at in peak physical condition is high. How does Miranda Kerr handle it? By eating right and spending 4 days a week at the gym for 75 minutes each.

Do a warm up of 5 minutes

Then do each exercise for 1 minute each in a circuit. Repeat 3 times.

1. Squats to shoulder press

2. Hip lifts + leg curls

3. Push ups + leg in’s

4. Rows with your chest on the ball

5. Bike crunches
