New season starts Jan 6th on NBC - wasn't that a little fast? - they must have been filming both seaons 6 and 7 at the same time...hmm
 
As far as the gym and the trainers go, aside from the finale, they were done about 3 mths ago?? So its very easy for them to start filming during the 3 mths the contestants are working for the finale at home.
