The Biggest Looser!!

This is my absolute favorite show. I wish I could be on it! Matt is my favorite. I think it's because he reminds me so much of my little brother who is also named Matt. He's been through so much. Seeing him deal with his uncles death and working even harder because of it was so inspiring. This week when he saw his dad, I just cried! He definitely has a soft side. Example when he went back to Shannon and let her ride with her daughter while he bike them to the end just so she could have a little extra time with her. When he looks so angry, I can see in him his frustration with himself. No matter how good he does, he never seems to feel like he's done enough. I think the fact that they commited to the challenge and took the first step to begin with makes them all great winners!!!
 
Yeah..I totally love that show..I dont know if i could handle all that cardio...or the 1200 cal..but id figure it out. sometimes i wish my life was one that i could duck out of it for a while to do it..i just cannot imagine leaving my hubby & the kids to do that....Id come home skinny..but my kids would be dirty, unfed & the house would have fallen down by then ;-D
 
wow! I'll have to take back that comment about Matt looking scarey at times. He looks amazing with his new hair. You can actually see how attractive he is. What a makeover!! Last nights show was good! Go Suzy! She's so cute.
 
I was suprized to see how good the one that got kicked off looks! Good for her! I got "IN TOUCH" today (its a celebrity mag.) It has an article about Mark and Jen. They both look super good!
 
Come on girls fill me in who has got kicked off this week I think we are 2 weeks behind you guys. They are looking for people in Australia…they are doing an Australian biggest looser woo hoo.

newbride- He does look so much better I couldn't believe it when they showed him! I was so wrong about him. I figured if he was to get voted off that he wouldn't keep up his diet etc.. But i'm glad he did! He looks alot younger too!
Who does everyone want to win? I would like for either Suzie or Matt to win. I can't believe he lost over 20 lbs this week!!
 
AHHHHHHHH! I'ts so unfair! I want to watch this damn program.. but i have no idea when it is aired and on what channel! Is it only on sky? Or is there an english version that i can watch? It would such motivation and i cant watch it. :( :( :(

Yeah I don't even remember that other girl's name, that's how much I don't care for her. LOL! I just don't think she's even tried much or anything. She really disgusts me at times. Like how the other day Bob was saying how he wasn't worried about her and such, then it comes out that she ate 9 brownies. That's got to suck though, knowing that you're only being kept around because they think they can beat you. I mean what better motivation does one need?
 
I think her name is Andrea?? I'm not for sure.. but I feel the same way you do.. I can't stand her! I realize for the game it was better to keep her but I still think they should have voted her off weeks ago! And then the 9 brownies... :eek: I really hope that she doesn't win!!
 
Yep you're right, it's Andrea! Poor Bob, I would have been disgusted with her myself if I was in his position. Yeah I don't blame them for keeping her either, but like you I wish she was gone!

I mean, I hope she loses the weight because I hope that for everyone. You can definitely tell a difference from when she got there too. But in comparison to everyone else, she's chopped liver.
 
I agree with all of you. It is inspiring to watch those people lose weight, it gives you incentive. I just wish I could be locked up somewhere like them for months with a trainer and controlled environment. I guess it's up to will power!
 
Yep, I feel the same way! I love suzie, but man, Matts kicking it! I didn't like andrea at all, so I'm glad she was gone..too bad they didn't show her after video...I tried to get on nbc.com,but it was flooded....i think i'll try it again!
 
WHOOO HOOOO!!! She is finally gone!!! It sure did take them long enough! But I'm glad things worked out the way they did so Suzie could go to the finals! I also think it is gonna be Matt!
 
When they showed the cardboard cutouts.....it was amazing!!!!!
Matt is so handsome now.......Seth looks sooo young..and Suzy is cute as a button!!!
Andrea....was okay....the problem that I had with her..was that at one time...she WANTED to go home ...said she was ready..boo hooed...and crap.
It makes me mad when people have the oppurtunity in a life time to do something like this and they are crying and wanting to go back....Then she ate...not one brownie.....not 2 ...not even 3...BUT 9!!!!!......When Bob asked her many she had and she said she didnt know......she knew damn well how many she shoved in her mouth.
I would go on that show in a heartbeat!!!...I would show the world my rolls, hanging flab and cellulite...just to have a chance like that!!!!
I would apply for it but we dont have a video camera. I have one but it is the old kind you have to put in your shoulder. My mom has it but she wont mail it to me....oh well...maybe one day!!!
 
I would love to be on the show, but even more my husband said he would love to and that would make me so happy. He needs to lose about 200 pounds. I'm hoping that Matt wins. I feel a closeness to him because of him reminding me of my brother. He has worked so hard. They all have, but I just get a good feeling about his success. Almost as if he really were part of my family. I wonder if they would select my husband? I think I will try to find out how to get considered for it. Here's a pic of him and my youngest daughter.
