Hello fellow forum members! I am brand new to this forum, but I find it really great that there is a place for people to talk about losing weight in a healthy way. I am excited to begin my weight loss journey.
I am 19 years old and I weigh about 150-55 pounds (I fluxuate between these numbers daily) I felt like joining this forum might hold me accountable to sticking with my weight loss. I am hoping to get down to 125-130 pounds by the end of May. It is very important to me to do this in a healthy way.
I am going to post some "before" pictures. Let me know if you have any tips. Good luck on your weight loss journey too!!
On a side note: Are there particular things you can do to prevent your breast size from decreasing while losing weight?
