The Bean!

I was just wondering if anyone has used the bean and gotten results? It's over infront of my closet acting as my closet at the moment. :leaving: I don't mind using it but I just dont want to waist my time on something that wont do anything for me. The few times I have used it I got pretty sweaty but I never felt the burn.

I also have a problem with doing physical activity while other people are in the house. I feel so exposed and they will ask questions and talk to me the entire time (no matter what). But in just a couple months I will graduate from school a semester early and I will have the house to myself during the day for about five months.

So, pretty much I just want to know if the Bean really does something?

It's really similar to a stability ball (there's a thread that discusses the plusses and minusses of it)

It's claim of boosting metabolism I highly doubt -

Anything that gets you moving will do something for you... it's the effort that you put in that will get you headed in the right direction, but don't use it as your sole means of exercise.

If you already own it -well take it out of the closet, it's not doing you good there, use it... and see how your body responds to it...

What are your goals?
 
I'm not really focuing on my weight becuase I'm young and my body changes. But I just want to look good. If Numbers are needed I would say 20-25lbs to get me back to around 120ish.
