The 12 seconds sequence

To any of you who are looking for a workout program and diet to follow, the "12 second sequence" is great for weight loss. I just finished the 2 month program and lost 22lbs. I never really felt like I was on a diet and most of the time I was quite full, and the workouts are only 20 minutes long twice a week, but if you do the exercises right they will leave you exhausted.

I went down from 197lbs to 175lbs.

A dont remember who it was but a member of the forum asked me to post my results after finishing the program so here they are, hope it helps others too.
