I keep telling myself that I am going to lose this weight and I keep giving up. Well I am done! I am going to do it this time! I think what my problem is is the first couple of weeks I expect to see a big weight loss and when I don't I think I can't do it and give up. Well today I went to the store and got some snacky stuff that is pretty healthy and counted out servings putting 1 serving in a plastic bag, so I have like 1 for each day. I also printed out a pic of myself before I got pregnant with my first DS and the most recent one I have of me so I can hang them on my fridge. I am going to start tomorrow. And I am going to do it this time. Does anyone else have any tips on how to keep yourself on track? Any tricks that you have come across that works?
