My name is Kelly and I'm 16 years old.
I really came onto this site for motivation. I know what needs to be done in order to lose weight, but I can't seem to start actually doing it!
So I made myself a promise:
- Starting tomorrow, I will start a rigorous diet that include intense and moderate daily exercise along with healthy eating choices.
My goal: to lose around 20 (or more) pounds of fat by September, and maybe put on some muscle weight. Other goals include getting fit and toned, increasing flexibility and whitening my teeth...
I realized that, although I'm not THAT overweight, I don't feel comfortable in my body and I am so out of shape. I really want to be confident in my body for my senior year!
The problem is, I just don't have the determination!! But starting tomorrow, I WILL try, and I WILL report back to this forum for motivation
