Teen Weight Loss

Hey everyone, I'm 16 1/2 years old. I am 6 ft. tall with a muscular build except I have a good amount of fat around my belly.
At my heaviest, I weighed 230 pounds. Since January, I have cut down on eating the fast foods, fatty foods, and junk, and now weigh 208 pounds. However, I still have a significant amount of weight to lose, maybe around 15-20 pounds. What would be the best combination of diet/exercise that would help me achieve this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Spend some time reading the stickied threads around the forum - especially in exercise, on topic and nutrition.

At your age, make sure you are getting enough calories... and working out sensibly...

Talk to whomever does the meal preparation in your house about eating healthier and don't obsess over the scale...
