Teen - How to lose weight?

Hi everyone; I'm new to these forums.

I was really just seeking advice.

I'm a 16 year old boy, 6' 1" or 6' 2" and weight 176 lbs. (Just over 12.5 stone)

Although my BMI reads 23.2 and am not considered 'fat' by friends or family, I have had a bit of a belly for ages. (Though I've always managed to hide it in clothes :p)

I'm quite self-concious about myself because of this belly (which isn't really THAT big, but *I* think it is and want it shifted)

I don't really like to go swimming or even like swimming in the pool/sea on holidays because of it. Plus, theres probably tons of other boys that are really skinny which make me look huge.

I don't really know where to start in order to lose the belly.

I think my main problem is that I get like... NO exercise. AT ALL. I'll come home from school, do homework, come into my room and sit on my PC from 4pm till 11pm. (I'll go out now and then with mates...but rarely.)
Another factor might be the fact that I don't really like any vegetables and don't eat alot of fruit.

Bah... don't know what I should do.

Help, anyone?
