People are fun to watch when they exercise.
What's even funnier is observing people assisting people in doing the exercise.
When assisting others...
ARE You connecting to the biological "living-giving" content-of-human-health while exercising?
CAN You recognize what it is from/with/through exercise that produces and perpetuates his/her physical as well as emotional health?
Do You actually know how to "exercise" his/her present-health and induce a sense in being a healthy individual?
SO have you come to understand and realize that:
HEALTH is one movement and its action must be right for it be healthy.
- Breathing is the first movement and when it is done right you have begun in health.
FITNESS are many movements and its action should be healthy.
- Breathing and Posture are movements that must be compatible or "user friendly"- it is humanly-healthy and physically-fitting.
EXERCISE is not a movement of "doing" but an action "in being".
- Breathing-Posture-Sensitivity movements that create, generate and elevate your health-energies;being alive to exercise is the right intensity.
...And when you have authentically sensed in recognizing this "(w)holistic relationship" you will repeat to remember that the actual health of the true core-of-Health in physical exercise is within the HEART of the "ExerciseR" - YOU.
Now think-deeply about this?
Do you have to do:
- twenty minutes of cardio/endurance exercises then
- thirty to 45minutes of weight-resistance/strength training then
- fifteen minutes of stretching/flexibility then
- spend the rest of your day wondering if You made a difference in your present state of health???
Is it possible to attain and sustain all three types of exercise results of health and fitness in one movement?
YES you can!
ECONOMICAL MOTION Exercises the understanding and a learning that one's present-health is not only physical-balance but
energetic balances as well.
Your Heart-Brain-Lungs-Spine are your basic sources that constantly provide the human-body its energetic life.
Consider that these are your "core substance" and source of energy.
Each component in physical-exercise requires and at times demands Energy.
How one's approach to using his/her energy will become its result from exercises.
You begin by being aware of your breathing, posture, sensitivity and registering the energy you produce while exercising.
You will avoid the "Motion Abusive Syndrome" that hardens and tightens the human-body's essential core in living right and well.
Would like to understand and learn so to practice what many others have not realized or have not been taught while exercising?
