tasty

So for a small preworkout meal I made this (I'm not sure if its ok for preworkout, but its very tasty so it should be eaten at somepoint)

1/2 scoop protein powder (i have cookies and cream)
3/4 of a large banana
1/4 cup of oats
A little bit of milk to moisten it up

Just put it into a bowl and kind of mash it up a little, its ok if chunks of banana remain.

It's really good so try it out. You can make whatever additions and subtractions the recipe based on your needs and im sure it wont make a big difference on how it tastes.
