So I've decided to start one of these diaries. Welcome to my crazy world. Some days won't be pretty while others will be beautiful. My diary will be like a bi-polar fun house, don't mind that. 
I'll start with answering a few of these questions posed by the sticky thread.
-- How much weight do you want to lose? I would love to lose 43 lbs.
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? Well, I want to lose 30 lbs by March, but if all else fails by next summer. My 30 lb goal is for March, don't get me wrong. I'm going to try my hardest to hit that goal, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I don't.
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? I am going to count calories and exercise at least three days a week.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? I'm going to use this board of course and my friends.
-- How realistic is your goal? I hope pretty realistic. What do you guys think?
-- When will you start? I've been starting for two years. lol For this new goal I started Oct. 1st.
So there it is folks. I'm just about to eat my first meal of the day, and I'll write back on how it went later.
