Hi all, new to this forum. So Im 21 6ft 4inch and weight in at 18st 10lb. starting tomorow the healthy eating and running comes in. The thing I want to know is what would be a ok weight loss for someone my size each week. I really want to be hitting 4-5lb a week but is this to much will I struggle to achieve this goal each week?
