Target weight loss

Hi all, new to this forum. So Im 21 6ft 4inch and weight in at 18st 10lb. starting tomorow the healthy eating and running comes in. The thing I want to know is what would be a ok weight loss for someone my size each week. I really want to be hitting 4-5lb a week but is this to much will I struggle to achieve this goal each week?

As a general rule, aim for a maximum of 1% of your current body weight per week. And remember that this is an average. Some weeks you might lose more, some weeks less.
 
about 3 pounds per week of weight loss per week seems to be a healthy goal for most people.
