Taking Charge

Taking charge is the challenge - taking charge of eating, exercising, creating a new vision to replace the old - a vision of health and happiness and the weight one wants to live with.

AND it's that simple BUT it's not that simple. If it were EVERYONE would have/be exactly what they want. That's why motivational books are always big sellers BUT getting into that 3% number who actually take charge - that's the challenge. That's the goal.

I know how to teach it - I know how to do it personally - BUT I don't know how to get anyone else to do it. No one does BUT people connect with other people, with themselves, with something AND for once they really take charge.

EVERYONE has the internal switch to take charge right now - right after reading this. EVERYONE has that ability. I've had it - I've lost it - I've found it again - and I've stuck with it. Quitting smoking was the same - one day I quit. I wanted to.

Do you have the want to? If not now when?

I wish everyone the best - I emphasize - the last time I grabbed hold of my dreams I went through three months of total disgust and anger - rage - BUT I raged against myself, took it out of myself - forgave everyone and asked the same back - and said NEVER AGAIN.

Weight was never a big fight for me - the most I've had to trim down in my life has been twenty pounds. BUT the energy - the internal struggle for changing one's life is always the same, always the same triggers, always the same intensity and search for self discovery. I've had to deal with it in other ways.

You've got it with you right now - grab it and don't let go.

The very best to everyone.
