Ok, I just got back from a jog/run. I'm all sweaty and gross and can I just say that I HATE the way my thighs rub together when I"m wearing shorts. I"m going to be so thrilled when that goes away. I"m going to have a party in a few months when I can report it's no longer an issue lol
Before my jog/walk, I worked out all my arm muscles--the 3 of them. 3 sets of 10 on each muscle, 20 squats with 10 lb weights, and 10 stationary lunges. I also did 25 crunches, 30 leg lifts, and about 5 minutes of stretching all my leg muscles

Today for breakfast I ate Special K (I alternate days btwn Special K and Kashi GO Lean Crunch), and half a banana
lunch-- 1/2 can of Progresso Chicken noodle soup and an apple
Snack--1 protein whey shake
Dinner--ground turkey meatloaf, steamed broccoli, steam cauliflower and carrots, and a tiny serving of scalloped potatoes.
dessert--about 400 calories from a brownie (3ish oz). That had 25 grams of fat in it. UGH why did I have to eat it. And why was it so big?!?!?!
I'm going to hit the shower. Tomorrow, I'm going to plug in what I eat before I eat it so I can decide if I need to choose something else. My fat intake has got to go down. That has to be why I"m not dropping enough weight. Ugh I feel like such a fat ass right now
