Tabata vs 60s work interval

I was wondering, what's more? 20:10 or 60:60 (sprint:walk)? Although 60 seconds of sprinting wouldn't really be considered a sprint by the end of it, maybe it's possible to work up to 60 seconds?
20s sprint, 10s walk, 32 intervals
60s sprint, 60s walk, 8 intervals

I was wondering what should my next goal be when doing HIIT. I can do 30s sprint, 30s walk for 13 intervals (after working from 30s sprint, 120s walk, 6 intervals about a month ago.) Should I aim for tabata, 60 second intervals, or mix them up? Or should I ultimately continue with 30 second intervals?

Thank you

i doubt you would be able to do tabata for 32 intervals if you were doing it correctly.
remember the idea of HIIT/tabata is to push the fast part to your limit.
imo 20mins is enough, remember as the fast interval part gets easier just push harder, its the intensity you use.
all you need to do is increase the intensity not the time.
