Tabata training - it really works

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. I'm looking forward to reading comments and posts from everyone. I am a 35 year old woman trying to get fit and healthy and burn fat. I have been on the tabatalive.com ongoing high intensity training program for the last month combined with intermittent fasting 2 days per week and I am so impressed with the results. The workouts only last 4 minutes three times a week and I can still eat on the two fasting days, I'm just limiting my intake to 500 calories. It's that simple. There is also a virtual gym which has loads of great features. And I am burning fat!!!! I really do recommend others to give it a try and let me know what you think. It is certainly better than spending an hour in the gym three times a week which I did for 10 years and never got anywhere near he results I am getting now.
