I am on a special diet already and do appropriate exercise for my age but need support to stay on my diet and not eat. I have come to the conclusion I am a food addict however for reasons of health I must lose weight.
I just joined today, also to get support. I am a regular exerciser as well, but have a hard time pushing away from the table. We may just have to do this day-by-day, eh? (Or hour by hour...)
