Support Group and 12 week challenge

Alright, I am kicking this off. I have a couple of email addresses right now, but no one responded back.

For those of you who are still interested in the support group, email me your AIM screen name. What I will do is create a group on my buddy list for this group. We can then designate a time to meet weekly to discuss our successes and failures. I think I will do this through google talk so we can all have access at once.

Also, how about we do a 12 week challenge for our group? We would need to get a body/fat% analysis done. Pictures are necessary, but you can keep those to yourself. Do a before, midway and after picture. Front view, back view, and both sides. This way, you can see the results in 6 weeks and 12 weeks. I'll set this up just like Gold's Gym set it up here.

I am setting a time frame up for this. You must get back to me by Feb 7th with your current weight, body fat% and confirmation that you took the pictures. Again, I don't want them, it's more for YOU to see your progress.

Sounds like a great idea. I can try to do the meeting once a week but I'm not too sure how well that's going to work... I guess we'd have to see when it's at! :)
 
I'm in, and I've sent you an email if not I'll send another. It's been 14 weeks and I'm 65 down, 45 in another 12? Going to be tuff but well see.
