Ahoi hoi.. thanks for clicking. I hope you leave posts! I really need feedback. I get bored with the whole losing weight thing and need some people around to remind me we're all in this together.
Okay, basically a SHORT sum up of how this happened. I started getting chubby when I was about 10. I remember being in the 80s... then 99lbs... then 117...then 133. It just shot up! Like riding on the weight gain crazy train! Anyway I was so ridiculously unhappy and chubby that I vowed to not gain anymore weight (with the theory eventually the weight I was would be thin for my age/height). Well I'm 18, and still wavering around 133lbs. GO ME! But I have a pretty slim frame (5'7 - 5'7.5, my wrists have a circumference of 5.5", Kansas called - they want their flat plains back), so ideally I'd like to be 120ish. That extra 10-15 goes straight to my lower half. I mean a little is in my top half, but..damn..
Anyway, running and some weight/resistance training really does wonders for me. Physically taking off the weight is a snap, but dedication and I have our issues. At the end of the day I'm just like "ooh screw it, I'll start tomorrow..." and tomorrow just never comes. Anyone have any tips for staying motivated??! I need some kind of..inspirational mantra to tape on my wall or something.
