Sup?

Sup guys I'm currently starting to go back to the gym, but I am only 16 and no very little about Health/Fitness. I've come here in the hope of you guys helping me form a 4-5 day routine, that includes cardio and weightlifting. I go to Golds, so equipment isn't a problem. Diet help would also be cool. A little about myself:

Hey Lou, welcome to the forum!

The first thing I would suggest is to start a Journal in the Fitness Enhancement section. There you'll be able to have your routine critiqued and you can track your progress as well.

As far as being able to give guidance for a 4-5 day routine, the most important thing that you should do is figure out your goals (both short term and long term). Without that, it's next to impossible to give you good advice for what you want :)

Also, take a look around the site, you may get some good ideas for a starting point in your plan, then you can progress/change your routine from there.
